66 lwb?

Hey guys I have found a 66 c10 i want to buy but it is a lwb. How much longer is the long wheel base over the short? Also how much does it affect the turning and steering of the vehicle?

A long wheelbase truck is just 20 inches longer overall than a short wheelbase truck. The actual wheelbase is 12 inches different.

See, 20+12=32 thats between 2 and 3 ft

Nope, 12" wheelbase + 8" behind the axle = 20"
