Texas King of the Hill
Who's going to the first night of KOTH for the year? It will be at the Denton track, on the east side of I-35, just north of Denton. We have a few club members and I that will be there. The actual races don't start until 8:00, but we will be in line at 4:30 to get a good parking spot on the side of the track. If you've never been, you don't know what you are missing.

I might try & talk the GF into going. We need to do something different for a change anyway. Thanks, I'm going to check out that link for info.

What a blast, it was better than ever tonight! I thought they were doing good to turn 4.80's last year, forget that! We left early, since it's over an hour drive home and we were all getting tired and wanted to beat the mad drunk rush out the gate. While we were there, I saw the best time of 4.67!!!!! That is flat out hauling some serious tail. There was one mishap, but it was suckstang, he wasn't hurt, but the car didn't fair to well. He has had nothing but problems with it the last couple of years, maybe now he'll move on to a Chevy.
Between Kennedale last weekend and now KOTH, I've been re-bitten by the racing bug. I get my slicks and wheels back tomorrow, so I'm headed to the track next weekend to get some good base line #'s before the new rear and tranny.
