Are there any more Divco or Grumond Milk trucks out there

First want to introduce myself. I am Mike Royal and I own Airbrushzone LLC. I custom airbrush shirts and other stuff to. You may have seen the Yukon I did in Truckin Mag April 1 2010 in the Paint like a Pro issue. That is my fat a$$ painting the double set of flames on the 08 Yukon.

Does anyone know of any old Milk trucks for sale out there? 1960 or older only. I want to build a mobile Airbrush stand for my Tee Shirt and custom paint biz. I am in Arizona so if you know of one let me know please.

Mike

The Bay horse tavern in tucson has a dodge ice cream (?) truck buts its a 1965-ish full sized truck that they use for storage. D-700 maybe?

This was in a junkyard in Wendall Idaho in south central Idaho just west of Twin Falls. I don't know anything about it but I thought it was cool so I took a pic.
Here is the website.

Heck if you paint it yella and put a stop sign off the side it would look like the short bus I rode to school. It would look cool.

Awesome. I didn't know about this place. I'll have to call him up and see if he has any rear fenders.

Re: Are there any more Divco or Grumond Milk trucks out there

I am still looking for a divco. I may be finally selling my store so I can go mobile. So I will be looking right away for a driveable Divco to build. The Donut truck above would be cool to ior something like it. If anyone has info on it?

Bob Bailey over at Bailey's Machine shop in Mesa AZ has a early 50's chevy panel that's been sitting for years in his front parking lot. He is on Country Club just north of University. I will keep my eyes out for you.

Re: Are there any more Divco or Grumond Milk trucks out there

There is a national Divco milk truck group (Divco Club of America)...they just had their national reunion event in my hometown in July. I have never seen so many milk trucks in one place. Anyway, if you check out their website (divco.org) you might be able to get a line on one.
