What is this hole for and where can I get this grommet
(its between the steering column and gas pedal)

i'd measurethe diameter of the hole and go to lowes or ace hardware boat supply stores too and look for the right size hole plug as the cheap way to close it up//dont ferget to bring a tape measure with you

If you had an auto trans it would have a metal plate over that hole

harry you need a 67 70 caplugs silver plug it is the same type of plug that is on the door jamb of the doors

When I got mine that hole was used to run the mechanical oil line through an it had a grommet on it surprisingly lol
