Most of the vendors carry E brake parts.
Though, being that you are SoCal. I know for a fact OC cartruckshop has the parts, and more than likely Brothers as well. Which part are you looking for exactly?

Thank you Vectorit: I'm looking for the cable from the emergency brake pedal. this cable pulls the two others cables from rear wheels.
