I just installed new door seals and now you have to slam the passeger door to get it closed and the driver side will not close all the way. Anyone ever experienced this? Any suggestions? Thanks for you time

Re: Door Seals (HELP)

when i had that problem i used a heat gun to very carefully heat the seals and then close the door to form the gaskets

TOO MUCH HEAT WILL MELT THEM

most company's will tell you put them on slam the doors and let them sit in the sun for a couple days if that don't work get you some soft seal door seals, some of the cheaper seals are just that way. Ihad the same problem with also.
