Re: Going to the crusher
He sounds like a fun guy to deal with. Pretty sure the crusher won't give him a thousand for it either.
I almost want to call him up and offer him a lawn mower. |

Re: Going to the crusher
Around here he would get about $250 at crusher. check the local price and that plus a few bucks should be what the guy will take if just getting rid of it is the true goal.

Re: Going to the crusher
I agree with both of you 200-250 the most at the crusher around here. I understand were he is coming from some what, When I've run ads on craigslist you get all kinds of bozo's.

Re: Going to the crusher
I just found his ad to be a little abrasive. Like he's holding the poor thing ransom, and if the truck loving world doesn't pay him what he wants........ CRUSH!

Re: Going to the crusher
There are those that will do just that out of spite but I'd bet that he is getting tired of low ballers and mouthbreathers who want to trade stuff he doesn't want. A handfull of 100 dollar bills held out in front of him could talk pretty loud though. It's amazing what real cash in plain site can do to help work a deal. Still 7/800 would be a great deal and 1000 isn't a real bad deal from what I can see.

Re: Going to the crusher
That would make a cool little flatbed and be handy around a ranch. Hopefully someone saves it.
