PA antique plate for a 3/4 ton?
This question is aimed at the Pennsylvania guys here.
I was wondering if anyone knew if it was possible to get an antique tag for a 3/4 ton truck? (71 C20 long bed, all stock) I have these tags on 3 of my cars so I know the rules about being all stock and all but not sure if they allow 3/4 ton trucks too. Thanks, Bob

I've seen Heavy Duty trucks with historic plates. I imagine light duties would be able to.

I have them on my truck. I guess as long as you follow there rules there should'nt be a problem. Send your 4 pictures in and see what happens. By the way dont have a car on the back when you send the pics

I don't see why not. Like you said you know the rules so I don't see how they could turn down a truck that meets the requirements just because it's 3/4 ton.
But then again it is PennDot...

I have them on my 1 ton '66. With the antique tags weight class does not matter. I went through Runkles of York if that makes a difference.

Re: PA antique plate for a 3/4 ton?
That's great news! All I need is to do the paint job now and I'll be set.
It's costing me $112.80 a year with registration and inspections for this truck. I'd rather put that money elsewhere. It's the primered one:
