rims rims rims3/4
ok i just got a 79 gmc3/4 but hers were i fed up hardi got 35/12.50/15 but i need to get 35/12.50/16.5 but if any one knows if any one makes a 3/4 ton rim but is a 15 inch

Measure your drums first. There are some 3/4's that 15's won't fit on because of the larger brakes.

And many states have made them illegal. That is why you'll probably never find them.

I take it this is a 4x4.
Places to get 15" 8 lug wheels. 4 Wheel Parts warehouse, where I got mine. 15x10" with 4 1/4" backspacing. $41ea. National tire and wheel. Tyres International. there are a bunch more sources. A 15" wheel will fit ANY 14 FF axle regardless of the brake size. And I have never heard of them being illegal. Now the front axle is another issue. You will have to grind the calipers and backing plate a little to clear the wheel. It took me about an hour to grind both sides on mine. ------------------ 78 K5 on 3/4 ton axles.

powermad is there any way to see your rims and get all the mesurments for the i may just have to give 4 wheel parts wholeselleres a call

i have 8 lug 15 on my 3/4 ton 4x4 also, there not illegal, and you can special order them anywere, and yes you will have to do some grinding on the calipers a little, the rears fit with no problems.....

The ones I got from 4WPWH are the TEC ones. 15x10 with 4 1/4" backspacing.

You could just swap out the eight lug axles for five lug (: I'll take the rear off your hands if it's a junky ol' 14 bolt.
