Help identifying old wheels

This may be a little off topic, but I didn't know where else to ask. I need some help identifying some old wheels. A good friend of mine has got these wheels on an older Ford truck and I love them. Another friend is trying to find a set for his F100, but I don't what they are off of. Anyone able to help identify these? They are 5 lug on 5.5 inch.

I think these came off conversion vans and they were called hurricane wheels. Back in the day I think American racing made these for them exclusively for the conversion company
