Don't get mad...

Now I know a lot of you do not approve of the electric fuel pump, but I have installed one in my 67 C10. Does anyone have a pic of the fuse panel and which points would be good to connect it to? I don't want it to flood the engine before I start it.

Are you running a fuel pressure regulator with the electric fuel pump? I have heard Edelbrock carbs need them so the pump does not flood the engine.

You could hook it up to the unfused ignition position on the fuse panel.

yes, I did a little research and got a regulator before I bought it- I also put a gauge in the line so I can tune it to the right pressure. I also have an edelbrock, how much psi should I let flow?

IMO there is nothing wrong with using an E pump, in fact my burb ran with one for most of it's life.

Kinda miss that power up hum that it made while it primed itself.

5 psi should be fine for an eddie.

The vette we just sold always sat at about 10PSI

Then again, it was a roller 440 big block with a 930 Holley on it that made about ~750hp.

Loved watchin it jump when I'd smack the throttle...

I would think using one of the "Ign unfused" slots in the fuse box so it turns off and on with the key. I would then run an inline fuse in the power wire feeding the pump.

I had one on a 468 BBC with a 1050 on my boat... it was a big toilet... hit the throttle and FLUSH... gas down the hole.
