HELP!! 89 GMC acting up!

My truck is cutting out, sputtering, lurching, bogging down and whatever else it can do when i drive it. First will be okay but as soon as i shift into second there is little to no power and it just gets worse as i go through the gears. I can drive it as long as i keep the rpms high and just barley touch the gas.

Its a 1988 GMC sierra, 350 TBI, 5-speed.

I have already replaced: Spark plugs, Wires, ICM, Cap, Rotor, and Fuel filter.

Also want to replace the coil, or at least get it tested.

Anyone have any suggestions?
