Repo door skins..any good?

Are the full repo door skins any good or are they not worth getting? I've got smileys and holes in my skin that the PO drilled to mount some POS mirrors. I've also got some rust through on the lower front corner, it hasn't progressed very far and I could probably make a patch panel out of a 4" by 4" piece of sheet steel. I know I can fix the rusted part, it's the smileys and holes from the mirror that I'm not so confident about. Aside from those issues these doors are solid.

Re: Repo door skins..any good?

Thanks, I'd really like to know.

I don't want to buy repo doors, I've heard to many bad reviews of them not fitting, being made of thinner metal, and being a pain in general to work with.

My backup plan if I can't get the dents fixed and the mirror holes fixed in my doors I'll buy one skin and cut it up to make patch pieces for those areas. Though at that point I wonder if it wouldn't just be easier to reskin the door
