Silly Question???

Talked to an old timer at a junkyard today, told him I want to do the big back window conversion to my truck and that I was looking for the inner skin of a big back window cab ( 60-66). He said he thought even a 67 and later cab used the same rear interior panel. I was not to sure about that ( he didn't have two to compare). Keep in mind I am only looking for the inside panel. Is this guy out of his mind? Anybody's thoughts, opinions? Input??

Re: Silly Question???

I know for a fact that it wouldn't just spot weld in place like one from a 60-66, the interiors are quite different. As far as butt welding a window frame out of a 67-72, it might be the same size window, but a lot more work.
