That looks a lot like a spark plug from a very worn out engine. The gunk is likely burnt oil. Do a compression test. Does the truck smoke at all?

I also forgot to mention that in the morning when its cold, it has a clicking noise sounds maybe like a lifter. Maybe that could have something to do with it.

Everything your saying is just symptoms of a worn engine. I would start preparing for either a replacement or a rebuild.

Re: Keep Getting VERY Bad spark bridged plugs in #5 and #7

I changed the oil on a cold 79 350 once (never again). Ran fine before the change. Started lifter noises after. Babied it for about 2 weeks, the noise went away. I could only imagine the wear it took on the cam. It started fouling #1 and #7 I believe. I adjusted the rockers to run it further, then traded the truck. Check'em while its running and see if it helps. Hopefully its not the other.

Not sure, but it might be worn valve guides... but that would be like one or two cylinders not all.... if it is one or two you could try running hotter plugs to burn that oil off and start preparing for a rebuild..
