2000 Tahoe brake question
Hey fellas, My wife drives a 2000 Tahoe Z71 and it just started having a brake problem. When she brakes and tries to go again the brake pedal is stuck in the down position. She has to put her foot under it and pull it back up before she can move again. It this a master cylinder problem?? I replaced the brake booster about 2 years ago because the diaphragm was leaking. Will I need to replace the whole booster/master cylinder itself?? Have any of you heard of this??
Thanks fellas. Patriot |

Re: 2000 Tahoe brake question
start with the master. pull it off the booster and make sure the plunger is moving freely and not leaking. I'd start with that. while it's off, move the pedal and see if it still sticks
