What OTHER seats fit/look good?
Other than the late model GM seats, what have you guys seen or done yourselves that look and fit good in the trucks? I am open to modifying an existing frame or fabricating to fit but I can't see dropping eight-bills on the late model Chevy/GMC seats or the aftermarket "Steelhorse" too-pricey kinds.
Thanx! |

Go hit the junk yards up. Walk around looking in all kinds of cars and trucks and VANS. You might find something that you like. I stubbled arcoss a set of 95-98 grey buckets from a GM truck that where in a van. Somone tried to bolt the seats in thier van, but then junked the van. I got the drivers side full power and the passanger side manual for under $60.
Good luck

96- 99 Dodge Caravan buckets I have seen, 88-99 Chevy Truck seats. Piston just sold a sweet set from a 98' on the parts board for $250.

Look at Honda seats. They're very comfortable and can be had for cheap depending on where you get them. Also check import junkyards in your area, but they might be more $$ there.

Seats
Check out the caddies also, most of the early models have full eletric ones and some bucket seats also with consoles. Check the cars from over the big pond they may make a nice seat also.
