Re: Love to see tubs
Awesome truck! Nice modifications, that cowl induction hood looks sweet, and I am not a big fan of cowl induction hoods. The look of it starting back on the hood, away from the front edge of the hood, just looks more period correct to me.
And the two-tone split line is sweet too! Last edited by lakeroadster; 03-04-2011 at 06:41 PM. |

Re: Love to see tubs
thank you, its all metal i cut the lines down the hood and notched the distance where i wanted the bend. kept the original body line in it and used a T dolly to curl the sides then fabricated the back flange and sides and welded it, i had to move the supports inside the hood out of the way but it worked out well. sorry i dont have more pics lost most of them so all i have is actual photos of the finished product.
btw, i appreciated the support im in 4th ID 2-8 infantry (44B welder) Last edited by Ends; 03-04-2011 at 06:51 PM. |

Re: Love to see tubs
They are Fuel Series, Centerlines new line of rims. and the wiring is a bit of a mess but it shouldnt be too much trouble.
