SPID question

I was checking out an old 1968 beater. One of the SPID options read:

Special C & C equipment

Does anyone know what that means?

Comfort and Convenience I think. It was an uplevel option package but I am not sure what options it included.

It means it's a "Custom",the mid-level trim package.
