Do I have a herd.....

....or a petting zoo? Just bought another truck, which makes 2 trucks total of this classic era. This one is a slightly modified (nothin' that can't be reversed easily) 69 C10. My son will be driving this one. Drives down the highway straight and smooth. Some rust....that gives us a chance to learn the fixes. Has a bed liner but no rust through as seen from the bottom. Ok, its a 350 / 350, 3.73 posi, marked on SPID as red (looks orange, must have been painted). The wheels are Boyd's and in need of some polish. So,............
do I have a herd or a petting zoo? For the price this thing is, so far, a great truck.

Hehe. Read MY profile if you want someone with a herd AND a petting zoo. And I am just talking about trucks. Thats not to mention the 4 horses (2 big, 2 mini) the 3 legged terrior, the chinchilla and the algae eater. (no partridges)

I believe that is the correct color but it could be either #514 Light Red or #516 Orange. I would tend to say #514 Light Red. My '70 is Light Red and the tailgate for it is a new takeoff so I know it hasn't faded.

Nice truck. What you seem to have is a breeding pair. When I next get all of mine out in the pasture for a group pic, I could send you a view of what happens from a breeding pair. It is a herd small herd.

Thanks for that. We were looking for a long time (a lot of worn out specimens out ther). And it looks as though you have quite the herd....why stop now, right?
