p/u my 69 cs 20 last week and the brake pedal won't return. Found a reman. booster unit with cyl, but before spending the $ want to make sure its not something simple.Checked inside drums etc and guess next step is to disconnect booster to make sure pedal/leakage etc is free.

that can be a sign of a bum booster.
Also take a look at the pivot points behind the booster. They can bind up
