Streering Column
Im converting Manual to Auto and am wondering if anyone knows if the Entire Bracket that mounts column,brake,pedal ext. is dif between the 2. It looks like the clutch and brake pedal are 1 assembly. Can use the help guys

I converted mine and the only diff was it had just the brake pedal. The whole assembly mounts the same. I heard you can just remove only the clutch pedal, but I bought one for an auto from Randy (teeitup) on the board to save the aggravation.

I believe you can just remove the clutch pedal off the bracket

Take the clutch rod off, remove the arm from the pedal shaft and the clutch pedal return spring and slide the clutch pedal and shaft out. Be careful with the spring it will eat you alive given the chance... wear safety glasses.

I took my clutch out and kept the rest. The only thing is the factory brake pedal is a little off when you look at it now. If you use the factory auto brake pedal it's more to the driver side of the floor. I didn't care though. I have thought about welding a disc brake pedal to it.
