Should I rub her nose in it?

She must know she did it, right? I rubbed her nose in it, swatted her behind with a rolled up newspaper and put her outside. BAD TRUCK!

The rear trans seal started leaking bad around Nov of last year. I had to add almost a quart a week, but I kept saying "I'll fix it soon." Then the battery took a poop... I got pissed, it got cold and I started to not care.

It's been so beautiful here off and on the past few weeks I couldn't take it anymore! I fixed the seal last night and went for her first run in months. It felt good helping her stretch her legs out. Went for another cruise today... I vow to never be a lazy ass again... until the next time...

I also got my new to me subframe off the tailer for the Bird today too. Yes my finger was in the way.

If ya don't ever let her out to do her "Bidness" she will never get trained not to do that.
Glad you took care of it,they would have really given ya He77 at the GoG if you came in the furd.

Get out and drive the truck this summer and have some fun!
It sucks not being able to hear!

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.

It's one of the nicest I had come across. Went a couple hours up into NC to get it. It came with a 100% complete, but runs like chit Pontiac 350. It even has ALL of the original heat shields AND even the original wire separators! It also has power steering... I'm only a disc brake kit and 2" drop springs from what I want It's a '69 and I paid a whopping $250 for all of it. I was so giddy that day I was trying to find one at the autofair last year and it was a lot of overpriced crap. One guy wanted $500 for completely bare ones (no suspension, frame ONLY) but they had been stripped and painted... big deal, right? Getting covered in grease and rust dust is 1/2 the fun, isn't it???

Yeah yeah yeah... I know fellas. I just don't function well in the cold and I have no shame in driving a 305HP 31mpg bad ass Furd

The truck actually spent her first night outside since I drove her to Tennessee in spring 2009??? Landscaping mulch and garage cleaning are on the list today. It's 73 and sunny. Gotta love the south!

Andy, is it leaking fluid or vacuum leak?

Talking Re: Should I rub her nose in it?

It's leaking oil. Had r/m done 2 weeks ago. Now I'm trying to figure out where the leak is. I cleaned the back side of the motor and behind the dizzy. Hope I can figure out where. I may just do the intake deal and forget about it. I pretty sure thats where it is. Passenger side at the head. Oil is running down block and dripping off the starter bolts.

Re: Should I rub her nose in it?

I hope so! I still have to clean the carb (yay) and change the thermostat (leaking around seal, might as well swap it now). Fun.

Surprised you didn't comment on me, yet again, stealing more good parts from NC
