Edelbrock 2101 and 2104 interchange?
I just bought a second 91 Camero 305, I have a spare 2101 Edelbrock manifold, can the 2101 instead of 2104? It appears the only difference is angle of 2 center bolts...maybe a shim? ANyone done this successfully? or should I spend another $200 on one?

The center holes can be slotted for the difference in the bolt angle. I have seen it done, IMHO I would get the correct intake for the heads.

Re: Edelbrock 2101 and 2104 interchange?
I'd slot the intake and be done with it.
Back in the mid 90s I had a source for a bunch of 350 longblocks out of 350 TBI trucks. I installed a whole mess of them in earlier applications by slotting the center holes of the intakes with a die grinder. I never had one leak after doing it this way. I've read a lot of opinions on the internet that it won't work over the years. Somehow internet opinion and reality never met and they work fine.

Pics? Not sure what you are describing "sloting" using die grinder...Are you actually cutting away holes?

You don't have to slot them all the way to the edge like I did here. I did it this way because it's the fastest. Be sure and use a nice thick washer under the bolt heads.
