New truck, new problems...92 Silverado.

Hi all.

I recently aquired a 92 Silverado. It has a few problems that I want to fix.

Speedometer doesnt work. Plug is plugged into tranny. Where else should I check or replace?

Winshield wipers dont work. Fuse is good, but they do not make any attempt to come on. New motor needed maybe?

Minor problem... Tailgate wont come down. If I hop in the bed and hold the handle and kick it, it will come down.

And also, the hood has problems... Wont close completely, i can slam it hard as I wont, but it wont snap shut. And if i do get it closed, its hard to open it. I have to beat on it and it finally pops up. Any suggestions?
