ignition spacer?
Hi folks, just a quick question?. I have a new ignition chrome switch benzel that the tumbler for the keys goes into, I also bought a new wire ignition pigtail . The previous owner had a uviversal ignition. The question i have when i put it all togeather there is nothing to make it tight to the dash. I was loking at The Classic Industries book and the show a ignittion spacer?. Is this what i need to complete the task?. My truck is a 68. Thanks Russ.

Re: ignition spacer?
There is a spacer. I wish I had a pic for you. I suggest finding a factory piece. Some of the aftermarket spacers arent' cast right. Been there.
Try lookin in LMC book. They are good for diagrams and pics.
