496 emblems
Does anyone know where I could get 496 emblems made for the side of my truck and maybe a pair of 496 emblems to put on those GM factory aluminum valve covers?

496
I saw a 72 truck with 496 emblems made from a 402 and a 396 emblem from 69-72 BB trucks. You had to look twice to see that they had been spliced.

Talk to Rick at www.****************.com - he's got to know someone who can do this, seeing as he has an "8 542" badge on the side of his truck!!!!

I was also wondering where to get those custom made. There was a nice sleeper '65 Belair in my new issue of Car Craft or was it Hot Rod (too many car mags I guess) that had some stock looking 502 emblems. Kind of defeats the sleeper look if you ask me.

Made this out of my 8-400 badge and a 502 emblem from Ausley in NC.
