fuel pressure relay?

I am looking to relieve the fuel pressure on a 94' s-10, 4 x 4, cpi, 6 cylinder. Need to change the fuel filter. Don't have a fuel pressure gauge and need to know where the fuel pump relay or fuel pump fuse is located. Any suggestions?

Fuse should be located in the fuse panel below the dash area
