Control arm fixes needed

So I finally got around to making some changes on the front of my 73 Jimmy and found some issues. It appears that the leading edge of the control arms where they mount to the cross shaft struck some solid object at some point in the past and was severely bent.

It also appears that the impact moved the cross shaft back in the frame mounts and may have locked up the control arm altogether. The mounts show signs of rotation wear and the locating pins have worn to the point where I'm not sure they even extend into cross shaft any more.

So I need to fix it. I'm thinking I will go with tubular lca's. As for the mounts, I don't really have a good plan yet. Does any one make a replacement? Has anybody else faced this problem and fixed it successfully. Looking for input. TIA

BTW, 2.5" lowering spindles and 2.5" springs with a healthy additional cut does not make for a streetable combination. Inflicted by a PO, not me.

I would just replace the a-arm.
CPP sells quality tubular a-arms for coil springs.
I don't know if anyone makes a replacement cross shaft saddle.
