3/4 VS 1/2 front suspension differences?

Trying to determine what are the different parts between 1/2 and 3/4 ton front end's for a 67 2WD LWB.
Is it just upper and lower ball joint's, spindles and brakes?
Or is the complete cross member, tie rod, and different A arm's and shafts?

Thanks in advance..

The crossmembers are the same.
Upper and lower ball joints are different.
Lower a-arm is different. (bigger balljoint hole in the a-arm)
Spindles are different.
Tie rods are different.

The later 71-72 and 73-87 trucks share a few more parts since they are disc brake equipped crossmembers.
