65/66 Suburban rear floor question

Looking at a 65 suburban here locally, and in the rear it has what appear to be tracks in the floor. In the front, it looks like there are also posts for a middle row seat. Were these seats adjustable? Here are some pictures of what I am talking about:

GMC used the tracks 63-66 IIRC, Chevy did not.

How hard are the tracks to remove, and would the be beneficial to get to sell with the seats?
