what seat for my 66
Really wanted to just have a stock bench seat in my 66 rat truck. Mine is beyond cheap repair. What are youall using for bench seats. CHEAP

Good question Wolfy. My seat looks cool but folds me up like a taco when I'm driving.......need a fix or replacement.
There was a thread about this subject, maybe someone has a link to it.

I got a 60/40 split bench out of an 88+ Silverado off craigs list for $50 that was nearly a straight bolt in for my '69. Hated the color, but LOVED the seat.

Hey Wolfy
I got a standard 60's bench on craigslist for free. Some guy was throwing one out. It was in pretty rough shape, but i bleached the foam, and sanded and painted the frame, and it worked out great. I even reupholstered it myself with Mexican blankets i got locally. i think the whole thing cost me $50, including gas to go pick it up in BFE. here are some shots of it being cleaned up and finished.
