Can a tach dash be made from a non tach dash?

Can it be done? Make look like a stock tach dash with aftermaket parts?

The short answer is yes. There are several ways to go about it. One that turns out pretty good and looks fairly stock is swapping in a later model Camaro tach like this one. And it is not too difficult to do.
