I won't ship. Last set of cylinder heads I had shipped were destroyed by ups and they still haven't settled the insurance claim. Been over 3 months and possible $1400 lost.

I know it would have to ship truck freight, but its the same deal. I'm just not confortable shipping large heavy items.

I had a TD 427 shipped from Georgia to Virginia by air and had to pick it up at the terminal. They do make tons of torque, I'm stroking mine to 525 C.I. and putting it in my '70 Camaro. It's not the ls style motor. Not sure if its called the vortec or not. Same as all the old school big blocks exceps the 1 pc rear main seal and the provisions for factory roller cam.

I think its the best production block you could find to do a 525 stroker with. I just know it will be a long time b4 I can consider building one and then finding a car to put it in.
