help! plz? can i dye my door panels
guys my panels are in very good shape all the hard were is there the only thing wrong whit em is fading so can I dye em

I just used dupli colour vinyl and fabric paint, goes on well doesn't hide any texture on the panels and it seems to hold up!

You can do it. The key to good adhesion is the prep work you'll have to put into it. There are a couple brands of dyes, or you can go the route I went in my plow truck. I went to Rural King and bought some Rustoleum specialty paint for plastic. Used it on my new LMC Highliner, kick panels, etc. This was back in April 2008, and to this day it still looks like I just sprayed it. Make sure everything is clean and grease/oil free though.

Sure can, go to a local paint supply shop and get a good quality product for best results.... post pics when your done!!
