Bit farther than I'm willing to travel with a trailer. If it were in Tulsa or OKC I'd be pondering it. You know if he's asking 5 he'd probably take 350 or so. Especially when you lay the story of "you can crush it and get maybe 300 or you can let me buy it and give it a chance".
Has usually worked for me in the past.
