Ochre and White Trucks

My buddy has a 1979 Bonanza that he is thinking about repainting. I have always thought the ochre and white two tones was a sharp combination. Lets see em if you got em.

Re: Ochre and White Trucks

Please don't get mad at me here but from what ive seen and heard i do believe that this particular paint scheme mainly was found on 67-72 GM trucks so you may try looking over in the 67-72 section for some idea of what it looks like.I know the body lines and all wont be the same but at least it would give some idea of how the colors look together.

Re: Ochre and White Trucks

collins, thats funny that you say that, because the truck that sparked my interest was square body cheyenne long bed that I saw on the side of the road. I own a 72 cheyenne that is med. red (red orange) but I have also very much respected the ochre and white cheyennes. I just think that the ochre and white is an undeniably awesome combination that is distinctive to the 70s (when you actually had a myriad of colors to choose from).

P.S. N2TRUX, I am from Spring, TX originally and I have seen your truck on this site for years and actually go to see it in person once at the nifty fifties car show a while back. It a sweet ride.
