Trick to removing clutch z bar?
I've got the rods unhooked, the nut, lockwasher and lock clip removed and can lift it out of the mount on the frame, but I can't pull it off the ball stud on the motor side. I can't lift it high enough to clear the bracket on the frame. Is there a trick to getting it out of there? '66 GMC 3/4 ton with V6 351 E.

Re: Trick to removing clutch z bar?
slide a jack under the trans and pick it up a bit until it clears the bracket and slide it out
