welcome back Igor. Haven't seen you around in a while. Unfortunately, I don't know the answer to your questions. Are you trying to make a truggy?

It's not quite a "bolt on" you will have to use pickup rear cab mounts.

Bouncy - yeah don't post around here very much - but frequent lurker.

I am thinking about a truggy - I picked up an extra '72 K5 frame with motor, tranny, t-case for $100 in January. Added a 4" lift and some 3/4 ton axles I had sitting around and now I'm a cab away from a Truggy - mostly just doing it for fun, and a distraction from my main project!

Livrat - forgive my ignorance - but pickup rear cab mounts - where would one get those? Would I need to cut these off a pickup frame? Are they already on the cab? Or a purchased item from somewhere? Don't know a thing about the trucks of this vintage - just the K5s

Ben,
You would have to get them off of a 67-72 pickup frame, They are riveted on.

I did that a few years back and from what I remember to get the pickup cab on it, was just the rear cab mounts. Pretty easy from what I remember. Aside from cutting of stubborn rivets.
