I've been here a while, just never posted
Hey everyone, my name is Josh, I am a former Marine out in San Diego. I am from the great state of Kentucky, and plan on moving back soon. Currently i am a full time student and work full time.
I am an AVID offroader and truck enthusiast. I have a total of 4 trucks... 2 Rangers, 2 Chevy's. since this is a chevy truck forum, i wont tell you about my SFA Ranger 4by. Instead i will tell you guys about my two old trucks. My first and the vehicle that is actually part of my family, Nasty. Its a 68 C10 that I bought while on my 1st deployment in Iraq. It was a giant pile of **** when i bought it, and while deployed, my dad fixed it up enough so it was safe to drive. On my second deployment, i bought the LS1 and 4L60E. Before i deployed again, I had the interior re-upholstered, painted it black base coat, and had some pin striping done. Last winter my pops installed the motor and trans. This truck is what brought my pops and me together after a lifetime of arguing and not getting along. It really does mean the world to me. The second one is my most recent purchase and is here in California with me. Nasty is in KY with my folks. My second truck is a 71 K10 CST. Truck is semi-rough, mainly interior. Its a true K10, factory 4 speed truck. It has a small lift and rides on a set of 35" BFG's. I am debating on selling the K10 before i move home, or shipping it across the US. Still haven't decided yet. Ok, sorry for the rambling... Here are the pics of the two... The picture from Ebay I bought it from How it sits today The K10

Thank you. She's coming along slowly but surely, and someday will be all one color. Boy that LS1 looks like candy in there. I'm Jealous.
