gmc leaf springs
need help from gmc guy's, does any one have picture of how there leaf springs are mounted. i need to know what the bracket that the u-bolts mount to look like. i know that my truck is not right and want to make sure that it right. thanks

Unfortunately no. I gave the rearend away to the guy that did the welding on my frame when I bagged mine. I'll try and find out if he still has them.

not trying to hijack or anything....but where did you GMC guys find replacement bushings for the leaf spring eyes?..... I have not been able to locate any.

the way my leaf springs are mounted is like the newer leaf spring trucks are done. i ordered new u-bolts for my truck and they came square on top to be mounted over the top of the springs. what i need is to see what the bottom plate looks like that th u-bolts mount to. heres pictures of how my rear end is mounted now. thanks
