1995-98's are the same. Here's my '96 GMC...just in case you run across one at a price you can't refuse. Oh, you can always put a Bowtie on the billet and still claim you have a Chevy.

Not mine but I love these two examples. Are they still available some where or have they gone the way of the dinosaurs?

'94-'98 actually.

This was my '91 with an updated GMC grille and 30-bar billet insert, both in the old and current colors...

My old '99 Yukon also with a 30-bar billet insert...

This was a friend's truck. The truck was a '92 Chevy with an updated GMC grille, billet insert with a bowtie and shaved sidemarkers. I honestly never cared for the bowtie in the grille and it always drove me nuts that it wasn't quite centered.

Here's my '98 Suburban for now. Nothing more than swapping out the stock headlights and parking lights for some clear TYC Elegante pieces. In the future it will get a GMC grille and probably a black billet insert.

But who says it has to be the '94-'98 grille you replace it with? You could always back-date to the '88-'93 style grille if you really wanted to. It's not unheard of and the older grilles do have possibilities.

This is a friend's '92 with phantom billet inserts...

hehe...It's an easy mistake. '95-'95 was 16-17 years ago now. A lot of folks forget that the trucks got new grilles a year before the interiors.

These are all old pics. The orange/silver truck has undergone a major makeover and is now orange/white with a killer custom dash. Unfortunately, my friend no longer owns it and I never had a chance to get pics of it before he sold it.

The yellow truck has gone through a couple different sets of wheels since these pics. It has 20s on it now. He's also made some very minor changes to the interior.

You'll probably be curious about the lime green truck in the background too, so I'll address that one now. Another friend's truck; he had pretty much finally gotten the truck to a point where he was happy with it and then he sold it a couple months later. The next owner wrecked it and then parted it out. The poor thing has been whored out with parts and pieces of it showing up on several other trucks around the area. It's a shame.

A group shot from a Tailgate photoshoot. Unfortunately, we never got published.

Hey, that's cool. Did we ever meet?

It's a real shame that the lime green truck met the fate that it did, but my truck and the yellow truck both have pretty solid futures. I have no plans to ever get rid of mine. It's been a couple years now since I've seen the guy with the yellow truck (sad, since he lives a few blocks away in my neighborhood), but unless he's changed his attitude toward it, he has no plans to get rid of it either.

Yep. Kyle.

Brian was his name. Coincidentally, Brian was also the name of the green truck's owner.

It might ring a bell if I see pics.
