What is this column cushion used on?

Can anyone tell me what models use this steering column cushion. I am trying to install an Ididit steering column on my '69 C20 and do not have one of these cushions. I'm wondering if it is required and used on all trucks. I'm just concerned because without this cushion, the column would be clamped on a bump, or nub, at the top of the mount that would push into the column. Anyone who has installed an Ididit column, or has info on this cushion, please chime in. Thanks.

Those cushions were used on the C40/C50/C60 trucks, 1/2 thru 1 tons did not have it.. they mounted the column with a clamp and had a "nub" on the pedal support. the steering column had a slot the aligned with the nub

Oh OK, thanks. My concern has been with the mounting of the Ididit column. It doesn't have a matching slot for mating with the nub on the pedal support. It just doesn't seem that clamping it down on that nub is enough to support it. Especially if there is no slot or mating surface. That must be how it goes though.

Part of the problem is that the publisher has removed the part numbers and title blocks from every page of the assembly manual.
