72 Chevy/GMC grill swap - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

Will the grill setup, headlights and associated trim interchange between a 72 GMC and 72 Chevy without changing the fenders? I much prefer the looks of the single headlight setup of the Chevy and the available billet grill as opposed to the dual headlight and grill on my 72 GMC. Thanks

This swap will require a complete changeover of the following:

Fenders
radiator support
bumper
headlight harness
grille/bezels

It's your truck but unless your GMC grille is total junk don't do it, it'll grow on you!
