All i know is they are licensed under General Motors to reproduce their parts. Take alook at their website.They are as nice as you will find. They really do a 1st class quality job with their parts. Put # 9555 in the part number search box and go from there.

nos is "new old stock", an original gm part.

These emblems are repos not nos new old stock repos, repos, repos in the trim parts sealed package i hope this fixes my mistake
