Will these down pipes work?

I was talking to Summit and he said these would probably work?

What's the census here, will they work on my stock ram horns?

Re: Will these down pipes work?

Since the application does not include trucks I am sceptical. The amount of drop may be different than that on a truck. Also stock truck ram horns are 2" not 2 1/2. What I do see is it looks like those pipes are stepped so maybe they are 2" at the flange.

Re: Will these down pipes work?

I think it's worth a call in the AM to get more details. I'd like to know the length from the manifold and the length after the bend.

Re: Will these down pipes work?

I found this thread where Bruce88 used these, so I ordered mine today.

Does anyone have a recommendation for a good donut gasket I should use (or stay away from)?
The exhaust guy was mentioning something about some hard type, but not clear on what he was suggesting?

Re: Will these down pipes work?

Hi Sport/Truck

You sent me a private message concerning the down pipe sleeve and the one down side to the message is that I’m unable to attach a simple picture to it. Maybe this simple picture will help you understand the inner sleeve on the down pipe to the manifold and how it works.
