WHAT IS THIS LINKAGE PART CALLED and where can i get this

it seems like some sort of bushing part.. im not even sure what it does.. if anybody has a name for these things or can tell me how it goes on i may be able to buy something or improvise.. whats the purpose of these parts?

Contact Kevsclassics, he is a member here and rebuilds columns, it is a bushing you need.

Thanks guys but i need the bushing sleve and clamp.. I ended up making my own .. with a ruber grommet a copper cap and a brass sleeve from the hd store!!

The older these trucks get....the easier it becomes to make stuff work, when faced with parts made from unfindium.
