I bought them from a dealer when I put them on my 2006 CC. Are you looking for used? If you want new I can get you the details.

I've got a set, Anthony. I have a pair of mirror caps in white also.

Re: WTB: White handles 2007+ crewcab
The panels are easy. There is an access cover on the pull handle, with two 10mm headed bolts under it, pull the lock cover off, and pull up on the window switch bezel to get the bolts under there. Pop the triangle shaped mirror cover off, and check for access covers at the main door pull and by the handle. There should be 1 bolt holding the handle on, and possibly 2 under the access cover at the main door pull. Once that is loose, get a door panel tool under one edge and start prying gently. The panel should come right off. The rear doors are pretty similar.
