What is the best way to replace the window regulator in my 87? I thought I placed this thread on the site, but I can't it.

Re: window regulator

I was in the process of redoing my doors until I found a used set with working motors off a 85 C10. My doors were in rough shape.
Unbolt the regulator and use a hammer to knock the bolts back away from the bolt holes. The window will then drop if its already up, if not lower it down and pull the window up and lay it to the side. Then you got your self a regulator to fish out of the door! GOOD LUCK
