Re: Any one have info on this truck?

I know it was sold on ebay and then popped up for sale again soon after the new owner purchased it.

Re: Any one have info on this truck?

came from Rutherford county NC around the town of Rutherfordton or at least that is what the first ebay add where it sold first stated and was supposed to have been a one owner then that was customized from there to the shop look. There is a thread on here somewhere about it.

Haha go figure it'd be in that thread! Great info, thanks a lot

To everyone, thanks for the help
We dug a little deeper, and got a hold of the second owner. He was the one to (cheaply) give it a drop with some rally wheels, new seat, dash pad, painted the logo, steering wheel, etc. and drove it for about 4 months. We got some good info and are satisfied, it's nice to know the real story..
Thanks again for the help guys

Thanks, tires are toyo proxes st II and sizes are:

Front: 20x8.5 backspacing 5" (et 6mm) , with 255/45
Rear: 20x10 backspacing 5.5" (et 0mm) , with 295/45
Apparently per Coys the backspace measurement isn't from bead surface but the top of the lip. They also call the 10" wide wheel an 11" wide for measuring purposes. Thats why a zero offset 11" coy wheel has a 5.5" backspace, and a 8.5" is 9.5" for measurement purposes. So with a et 6mm gives you the 5" backspace

I'm not a fan of big rims most of the time, but those look super on that truck. I see you're parked in front of a liquor store, got any Grain Belt beer up that way?

Re: Any one have info on this truck?

Also a quick option...if you want to minimize the surface rust and prevent it from getting worse use CLR or lime away with warm water and a green scotch brite and it takes it right off! THen you can wax over it to keep it from getting out of control...

Actually yes, we have mildly looked into that and are more than likely going to be doing a clr clean up. Instead of a wax, we may just coat it with a matte clear. Really not sure yet, but either way I'll document the process

Thanks man. And we're located in the Centerville area. Right now we're tinkering with the suspension, but once that's nailed down we'll be at some of the weekly/monthly local gatherings. See ya around!
